Hobbit Tasting. Pale amber colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is floral and some slight sweet maltiness to it as well. Also some mild herbal/resiny notes. Flavour is fruity, caramelly and quite grassy hoppiness in the finish. Tastes more like a richly hopped amber ale.
Aroma is spices, a slightly odd dankness and sweetish malts. The flavor is spices, grapefruit, malts and a mix of tart, slight bitterness and heat in the finish Pointclick (35) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 16, 2015
this has a beautiful colour when in a glass, a medium head. aroma of a lot of citrus and hard herbs. goes down very well. it is a light ipa abv sense. i get a nutty, citrus then floral taste, not to bitter for an ipa. it is single hopped though. its for sure a session able beer for australia. gyllenbock (9841) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 30, 2015
Bottle at Kowloon Taproom. Amber with a small white head. On the sweet side with hops, caramel, light cookies and grapefruit. The body was medium and the finish a bit dry.

Flavoursome, peachy keen IPA. Might be better with a bit more alcoholic oomph. Copper with a short head. Oodles of white peach on the nose - very nice if that’s your bag. Light caramel notes, passionifruit and mango. Slightly brittle mouthfeel but gets away with it. Tastes like a superior Pacific Ale, which is not a huge recommendation in my book. Summer-fruit salad. Didn’t seem that bitter, considering BR rates the hop profile as 9 out of 10. Slightly underwhelming. I’m just not enthusiastic about Galaxy as a stand-alone hop. jbruner (5274) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - OCT 29, 2015
Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with fluffy off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma of nice tropical zest, a hint of earth, and hops citrus notes. Taste is less resinous, but most of the same tones, a hint of the malty backbone. Bittersweet finish, clean but thick, not bad. PhillyCraft (7909) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 22, 2015
Sampled at the Festival, poured plum red with nice head. Notes were ashy grain water, muddled galaxy, and spicy pine. Assertive bitterness with a medium to fuller mouthfeel. Ratman197 (15350) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 3, 2015
