COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The harvest has been hopped to the hilt using fresh hop cones straight from the nearby Rostrevor hop garden. The variety of hop is unique to the gardens research block. The variety was selected for "The harvest" due to its big orange and citrus aromas, with the fresh hop being added to the kettle as well as the conditioning tank. As for how the hop character translate into the beer, well open it and find out.

Light gold, thin head, still nectar. This has a great well rounded flavour, subtle grains, hint of fresh pine and a mouth watering citrus. Had as a tasting paddle at the Bankstown Brewhouse.

4/9/16. On tap at World of Beer - Destin. Lightly hazed golden pour with a small off-white head, mild lacing. Big citrus pop in the nose, lemon peel even. Okay flavor, grainy, citrus. The big citrus punch combined with high, fizzy carbonation sort of makes it taste like Sprite.

Taps hazy honey golden with a thick pale buff head. Aroma features hay hoppy and fresh malt notes riding a good citrus undertone. Flavor is hoppy and citrus, the latter mainly Mandarin orange plus a snip of grapefruit. A bit of malt pops up as well. Firm body has fizz to spare. Harvest one, mate!
