22 oz bottle bought from Fred Meyers in S.Salem.
Slightly hazy burnt orange coloured beer with a large creamy crème coloured head.
Good fresh hop aromas here..lemon,slightly herbal and fruity nice stuff.
Taste similar to the aroma..sweet and hops are drying, but nice again.
Good palate..just about right..long lasting bitterness.
Bottle from Plaid Pantry. Hazy medium amber in color. A little hop in the nose. Lots of breadiness and some off notes. Strong grapefruit flavors up front with a bit of sweetness. Decent IPA. A little bit off in the finish. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - AUG 11, 2014
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy yellow to orange color with a one and a half finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a good two minutes. Damn, I like how this one really lingered and once the head did die, the lacing was sporadic but still in a decent spider web fashion.
The smell starts off with a bitter and spicy hop aroma leading towards a decent "onion/garlic" aroma. I mean its nothing bad because I absolutely love onion and garlic.
The taste was bitter with a decent amount of the hops showing the onion flavoring.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a somewhat decent sessionability about it. The carbonation is there for an AIPA and decent to me.
Overall, honestly, I don’t think I’d be able to distinguish between this and Trilogy 2, Aussie Salute. Sorry but at least at the moment, I don’t see the difference, still worthy of having again. jbruner (4691) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - AUG 8, 2014
Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with thin white head that leaves great lace. Aroma is malt forward, but nice citrus and floral hop back end. Taste follows, caramel malts and pale with decent hop balance. Mild carbonation, slight bitterness, wanted a bit more. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - AUG 6, 2014
Terrific Amber color, clear with a thin head. Nice IPA flavor the Citra hops are a wonderful addition. RSRIZZO (1984) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JUL 25, 2014
12oz bottle poured into a Shaker at 42°. Color is a medium golden orange with a light haze. Carbonation is good with a thin head. Aroma is a strong tar like hop scent like super concentrated citrus. It has a medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is light malt, bold citrus and hop spice. After taste is bitter and as the citrus fades it leaves a fruity taste that gives an apple note. Overall its a decent IPA the fruit on the end stands out a little more and it seems a bit smoother as it warms.

From QC. Clear amber with large watery white head with fine carbonation. Smells of cereal, wet crisp malt, bit of yeast and citrus. Tastes very very bitter, bit of spicy malt, a little thin. Body a little watery. Not much like an IPA - more like a very bitter slightly yeasty pale ale. HKdIPA (798) - HONG KONG - JUL 25, 2014
UPDATED: JUL 30, 2014 Bottle from QClub at home. Hazy amber pour with thick dense fine head. Aroma is yeasty like a slightly citrus pilsner. Taste is similar - a bit flat at first with pronounced sharp bitterness. Palate is smooth and frothy - not bad. Very bitter finish. Not bad but nothing special. bhensonb (15083) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 17, 2014
Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours rather orange with a slight white head. Lots and lots of citrus - . For aroma. Med body or better. Flavor is nice caramel and lots and lots of citrus. Light hop burn that burns brighter with time. This is yummy. Finishes pretty dry, pretty hoppy and pretty bitter. marcus (10142) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 10, 2014
Bottle from bhensonb. Pours cloudy golden with a thick off-white head and a musty aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with dry bitter finish. Easy to drink. bpreo (2832) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUN 30, 2014
30th Anniversary special. Not as good as the original, but it is still superior to most.
