Bomber poured a clear yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, grassiness and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, earthiness, grassiness and light lemon zest with a crisp dry finish. SSSteve (4006) - - NOV 15, 2012
bottle. crystal clear gold under a frothy, white head. pale pilsner malt, gum and a bit of plastic. red apple skins, light fusels, gum, fresh floral hops. not overly hopped, like i first expected, but instead it’s a fittingly fresh hop addition. not something would i would drink regularly, but they did nice job with this. 12/2/2012. 22 oz. bottle. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with hops and floral notes. Hoppy flavors with some odd notions. mmmbeer (1419) - Austin, Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2013
22 oz. bottle served in footed pilsner glass- poured a hazy and turbid brightened yellow orange color. Lively light medium carbonation, and an extremely thin white ring around the top of the glass for a head. Aroma of oranges, sourdough, light pine, and some old musky wheat they have been hanging onto for 3 years before realizing,"Hey, we can just use THIS!"... ugh. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, hops give off a very quick crisp sensation for the tasting which last well beyond the finish, some orange in the middle, finish has the traditional ZIP (that’s what I like to call it, ha!) of a pils. Very good, was looking for a BEER in this wasteland of special treatments and I fucking found one! kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Bit floral lemony aroma. Smooth citrussy without a lot of hop bitterness. Full bodied, light AA

Bottle... Poured clear, golden/yellow with a moderate white head that faded quickly to a thin ring around the surface of the beer. Nose had pungent and soapy hops. A little bit astringent on the nose. A little over carbonated, sort of vicious on the palate. Some sweetness and cracker like grains with hop bitterness that added earthiness, pine, and some citrus. Sort of meh. I don’t understand the point in bottling this Fresh Hop Pilsner. Maybe would be a great tap, one off experiment. robforbes (2241) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - OCT 8, 2012
pours a clear pale yellow with a small egg-shell head, and good lacing.
smell is of citrus, a little corn, hops, and grass.
taste has some citrus, corn, some malt, and a few hops. ends with a slight funky aftertaste and a little oily mouth-feel. rumproasts (5356) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 12, 2013
Tap. Golden with small head. Very rich and hoppy pils. Decent, but definitely not to style. Alphadelic (2237) - Portland, Oregon, USA - OCT 4, 2012
A golden lager. Crisp cereals with a hint of corn and iron to the nose. Sweet with a nettle bitterness. The bitterness is light white peppercorn and lasts for avery short period. There is a little arugula herbiness. troopie (2339) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Bottle. Full grassy aroma with a pepper and citrus note. Tang in the flavour, some pepper and a peppery finish. Some grease in the mouthfeel. Not a bad lager, but doesn’t taste much like a pilsner
