2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber bought at Fred Meyer in CDA, ID. Pours slightly hazy golden with a medium white collapsing head; falls into a collar of big-bubbly foam and a little lace. Aroma is a bit skunky, hayfield, unimpressive. Taste starts out lightly sweet before becoming really bitter mid-palate and remaining that way through the long finish. Carbonation is softer than expected. Very flawed.
Not my cup of tea. Has kind of a funky stinky cheese aroma. Flavor’s a bit soapy bitter. blutt59 (6579) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JAN 26, 2014
Bottle, hazy golden color with not much foam, buttery sharp cheese and metallic flavor, some bread , vanilla mmmbeer (1429) - Austin, Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2013
22 oz. bottle served in footed pilsner glass- poured a hazy and turbid brightened yellow orange color. Lively light medium carbonation, and an extremely thin white ring around the top of the glass for a head. Aroma of oranges, sourdough, light pine, and some old musky wheat they have been hanging onto for 3 years before realizing,"Hey, we can just use THIS!"... ugh. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, hops give off a very quick crisp sensation for the tasting which last well beyond the finish, some orange in the middle, finish has the traditional ZIP (that’s what I like to call it, ha!) of a pils. Very good, was looking for a BEER in this wasteland of special treatments and I fucking found one! davidajensen (206) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 28, 2013
Might have to try another bottle. This one tastes strongly of nail polish. I probably won’t bother with another bottle, because what i could taste I wasn’t too impressed with. Even for an imperial pilsner this one is too intense. kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Bit floral lemony aroma. Smooth citrussy without a lot of hop bitterness. Full bodied, light AA

Thin white head. Low carbonation in the clear honey/green body. Lots of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Love the strong floral hop aroma mixed with fresh sourdough bread. Medium body, tasting of grapefruit and biscuit. Finish is not quite as dry as it probably should be for the style, but the residual sweetness helps to somewhat balance the pronounced fresh, slightly grassy hop presence. A little bit of sweet alcohol burn late. Not sure I would enjoy three pints of this, but one bomber is quite nice. Beergeek23322 (2643) - Chester, Virginia, USA - OCT 3, 2013
12/2/2012. 22 oz. bottle. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Malty aromas with hops and floral notes. Hoppy flavors with some odd notions. BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - SEP 29, 2013
Golden in color, clear with a thin fluffy head. Super hops forward flavor and finish. Nice Pils beer with great hops additions. Loved this beer. douglas88 (9622) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 28, 2013
Bottle from the grocery store. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big pils malt nose. The flavor is sweet citrus hops, some lighter bread and honey, medium bitterness. A smooth IPL and quite nice. Light orange peel and bitterness throughout. Good. Very drinkable. Suttree (6504) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 25, 2013
Hazy gold, loose white head. Smells like grass and a little grainy. Flavor is bready, with some nice grassy, mildly spicy hops. Surprisingly easy to drink. Crisp finish, but not as crisp as I was hoping.
