[ As BridgePort Stumptown Tart ].
Unclear medium orange red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head with a pink note. Aroma is moderate malty, tart berry, fruity - berries, raspberry, sweet fruit - berry, aceton notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet berry, raspberry jam. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130814]

Bottle from Sugaya, shared at Takatsuki Jazz Street. Served in a mini-tulip glass. It pours somewhat pinkish but is a ruddy orange in the glass witbier a minimal beige head. The aroma is berries all the way. The taste is the same blackberries & raspberries though not so much blueberry flavor. Medium bodied with a slightly rough mouthfeel. A pretty good berry beer but a touch too syrupy sweet.

A vibrant, hazed, pinkish-orange body sits beneath a 2" wispy, frothy tight white head leaving a few drip splatters of lace

The cocktail of fruits form notions of passion fruit rounded out by more obvious raspberry with accents of light pixie stick, balance is achieved with lightly sweet bright fruit components next to spritzy sharp carbonation and an extremely soft tartness on a light body which seems to fizz away before it is actually consumed, I can definitely see where this wouldn’t be many peoples style, but if you’re in the mood for a very light, crisp beverage, this will get the job done, props for the price point, $2.99 a bomber

22oz bomber served at 40º into TeKu

Tart fruit aroma. Pours a hazy golden pink with a white ring and no lacing. The taste is mildly fruity and mildly tart. Really, there isn’t much taste at all until the very end when you get subtle fruit sweetness and a hint of tartness. Light body and moderate, but crisp carbonation. Overall, disappointing. Sadly, not much taste going on here.

Hazy gold with a pinkish white head. Aroma and taste are a sickly delivery berry wine cooler. There’s no beer under there. Twice bitten. Avoid.

Pours a hazy pink. Light fruit aroma, but very fruity, tart flavor. Raspberry. Effervescent. Odd ale, and definitely not to my taste.

Hazy pink and light violet coloured body with a ruby glow and a nice one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, strong blackberries, icing sugar and a bit of lemons. Medium-bodied; Strong malt flavour at first with a large raspberry and blueberry flavour and a bit of citrus character and a hint of mint and herbs. Aftertaste shows a lot of malty notes, some subdued unrefined sugars and a lot of fruit flavours with a plentiful amount of sweetness. Overall, a nice beer with a lot of fruit flavours and a good malt backbone throughout. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon in Portland, Oregon (PDX Terminal D) on 28-September-2013 for US$6.50 sampled at my brother-in-laws house in Milton, Connecticut on 27-November-2013.

Bomber poured a hazy deep ruby orange hue w/ medium fizzy quickly diminishing white head. Moderate sweet fruit jello aroma. Initial flavor is a light sweet w/ a light sour finish. Tastes are powdered sugar, berries, and lemon. Light bodied, watery mouthfeel, and dry finish. Watery with no depth of flavor.

Gription79 (2886) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - NOV 8, 2013
Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The aroma is a bit syrupy, raspberries, soft malt character. The berries are tart and they add a slight tannic dryness. The Belgian yeasty is noticeable in the flavor, slight phenolics. This is a little bland, either a more pronounced fruit character or Belgian beer charterer would make this more interesting.

Tart fruit aroma. Pours a hazy golden pink with a white ring and no lacing. The taste is mildly fruity and mildly tart.
