COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This rebellious Brigand is a dry bitter, blonde beer that re-ferments in the bottle. It used to be amber in colour; now it is pale blonde thanks to the use of pale malts and pils malt as well as unmalted wheat. Brigand tastes full in the mouth with a slightly malty aroma. It also has a slightly malty taste with accents of spices and hops. The hop bitterness comes through in the finish.

Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pale, Pilsener), unmalted wheat, sugar, hops, yeast, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Blueshawk (465) - Bad Bellingen, GERMANY - SEP 7, 2016

Iznogud (3905) - CROATIA - AUG 1, 2016
Bottle, 330 ml at Beertija, Zagreb. Pours dark golden with white head. Citrus, fruit, spices, yeasty note. Warming, even bit boozy. Medium bodied. OK, but nothing special.

BenL8 (220) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 17, 2016
Pours hazy amber with fizzy foam. Spicy and boozy aroma, fruity, intense and heavy. Caramel and syrupy. Medium-heavy body, spicy, caramel. Estery-fruity, syrupy and sweet. Boozy. Not really bad but boring.

Bijl (686) - NETHERLANDS - MAY 29, 2016
33cl fles.

Bottle 330ml. Clear golden-yellow, fizzy with bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee and ripe fruits (peach, banana). Sweet flavor, very alcoholic with notes of caramel and candy, ripe fruits, yeasts, light citrusy bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Bottle@bette ølhus with Stefan. Cellar musty notes. NOT offended by it. Dry. No hoppy notes. Fine but to strong alcoholic. Too high fermented! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

minutemat (5662) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 24, 2016
330ml bottle @ Domino Steakhouse, Spa, Belgium. Pours clear pale gold, good white head. Aroma is sweet, sugary. Taste is a sweet Belgian blonde, light spice, sugar with a bright carbonation. Not bad but not really hitting the high notes.
