Bootlegger007 (245) - AUSTRALIA - JUN 27, 2017
Mellow wheat aroma, light citrus and herbs, has a hazy light yellow appearance, with a large white head, tangy finish feeling earthy, I found it to be crisp and refreshing.

Overall not bad, but the finish; It feels faint. Weak at the knees. A little green? Perhaps seasick..? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light fruity aroma. Slightly cloudy golden colour with so-so head. Yeasty wheat flavours with light finish. Light body with low carbonation.

Bottle from Cellar Door (October 2013). Hazy pale golden, solid white head, dough, clove, coriander, grainy wheat, grassy hops, citrus, medium bitterness, long dry finish. Nice.

Bottle- Pours a hazy light golden color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Mild aroma of hops, with some grain and bit of malt sweetness. Taste is a bit crisp with a mild malt sweetness and some grian. There is a mild bitterness and a clean finish. Light body, crisp, smooth and refreshing. Decent balance. This is beer is not spcetacular, more middle of the road for the style. Good for a few.

On tap at the brewery. Nice and hoppy witbier. Aromas of coriander, grass, and citrus. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Yellow, cloudy, with a frothy head.

Hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma of oranges and lemons, lemon delicious, coriander seed. Taste has sharp lemon - almost like a squeeze of juice, very light wheat sourness and a little grain sweetness. I’ve had this before (IIRC I bought some from the brewery) and it was nowhere near this good. I guess this is a really fresh one.

Pours pale gold with a small head. Nose shows coriander and doughy notes with orange peel evident later. Subtle. Similar flavours but there’s also some annoying grainy malt in there. Good light body and moderately high carbontion.

Bottle. Quite dry, and a good touch of bitterness as well. Not exciting, but a solid Wit.

Bottle & Tap - Not a huge Belgium beer fan. Find them too sweet. This beer doesn’t go overboard with flavours, keeps the balance pretty low. Hints of coriander gives the beer a different taste.
