Draft at Beer Fest 2014 Yokohama. Clear amber with a medium head. Toffee and caramel notes with a hint of hops present. Some raisin and orange as well. Malt forward and sweet on the palate with a dry finish. Kind of uninspiring and mouthfeel is like a lager. GenDV138 (7277) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - DEC 15, 2014

Pour is clear orange gold. Innocuous aroma. Taste has some fruity hops. Pretty basic but not bad.
On keg in the Brimmer Beer Box. Clear pale golden amber, medium white head, nice fresh young lacing. Nose is dusty, dry lager yeast, little hop fruity, minerally. Not the citrus hoppy pale ale I was expecting. Taste is clean, crisp, dry and minerally. Subtle cereal malt. Lots of lager characteristics. Bit dusty and dry. Draught at Bungalow. Copper with small white head. Aroma is very malty. Flavour has lots of malts, but also some nuttiness. Quite a dry bitter finish.

Draught at Craft Beer Festa Kyoto 2014. Rich malty nose, lots of sweet caramel. Dark reddish/amber color. Big caramel, yeast, balanced in mid, with light raisiny notes and some ripe apple. Medium body with very nice mouthfeel. The bittering works very well in this one. Tasty, malt-forward stuff. JohnRMurdoch (4863) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - APR 3, 2014
