Cask at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear pale amber colour with a medium off white head. Aroma of passionfruit, peach, grapefruit, some orange, slight pine, a little caramel, a hint of bready malts and subtle grassy hops. Taste of passionfruit, peach, resin, some grapefruit, slight caramel, slight biscuit and subtle grassy hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A dryish, fruity, resinous hop bitterness in the finish. Packs a hop punch of NZ goodness, some resin too. Big on flavour, very good.
