Cask, Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Seasonal - Christmas.

Our special festive brew is a harmonious blend of seven malts. A rich silky mouth feel is achieved from the addition of flaked malted oats with plum and dried fruit flavours. Only available at Christmas, naturally!

Bottle - dense brown, thin tan head. Ok aroma - coffee, vanilla. Ok mouthfeel - slight ting on tongue and in mouth. Easy drinking, coffee finish overall ok.

Bottle. BB Nov 2017; Drank June 2017 - BCA - Dark brown in colour. Medium foamy beige head. Malty; roasty malts, oaty, caramel, chocolate. Spicy; Christmas spices, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger. Fruity; dried fruits, raisins, plums. Sweet-bitter malty spicy fruity throughout. Quite dry. OK. Drinkable. (2017-06)
