A German style Wheat Beer. Zippy and zesty, with flavours of banana, bubblegum and hints of grapefruit. A rich aroma of banana and cloves. It is a very refreshing beer, perfect for a sunny day.
Enjoy this beer with many different dishes. It is a fantastic accompaniment to salads, chicken, fish dishes and mild spices.

Pours a hazy amber with small white head that quickly dissipated Aromas of yeast, hints grass and citrus. Mouthfeel is lively yet smooth; upfront is citrus (my wife says it’s lime) with slight bitter follow through. It’s got the German yeast with a clean crisp finish of a pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden orange in colour with a slight white head, wheat nose with some citrus. Creamy in the mouth, smooth and wheaty. Nice just a touch watery on the finish.

(Bristol Beer Factory Bristol Hefe) Bottle 500ml at home, served into a big hefeweizen glass, ABV 4.8% Orange coloured body, very hazy, with two fingers of white, frothy head on top, good retention. Aroma has citrus and wheat, grassy hops, yeast. Taste also of citrus and wheat, some orange too, yeast, not much clove or banana as I expected, some plastic off-flavours. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Decent but nothing special.

500 ml bottle from Wanstead Tap. Pours cloudy orange with lasting white head. No lacing. Classic sour hefeweizen aroma, mostly bananas but with a delicate hint of something chemical like shampoo. Nice sour taste, bananas and ripe fruit. No bitterness at all. Very high carbonation, a bit too high I think, refreshing. Decent hefeweizen in overall.

[GBBF 2016, Olympia] - Bristol Factory Hefe. 4.8%. Hellgolden trüb, schmale Krone. Deutlich krautiges Aroma, Banane, Hefe.

Bottle at home, 06/08/16. Lightly hazed orange with a well appointed white head that retains well, carbonation evident. Nose is light floral notes, grain, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises caramel, light banana esters, clove, butterscotch, straw, faint lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok hefe on a hot day.

Hazy yellow with thin head. Refreshing. Has a light citrus. Also a touch of fruity hop in the finish.

500ml bottle. Pours a very cloudy pale orange colour with a large frothy white head diminishing slowly. Huge amount of sediment in the bottle - swirling this around led to the extremely murky appearance (it was just hazy before).
Aroma of wheat, lemon, banana, and some mild spicing. Flavour is quite citrusy - lemon and grapefruit are stronger than the banana making it more bitter than I was expecting, there is some sweetness too though, also wheat, yeast, mild spicing. Overall: for a non-German wheat beer this was actually pretty decent, but they’re still much better at this style than we are - I liked it but still prefer actual German ones.

Fra keg på Beer Rebellion Gipsy Hill 28 Nov 15. Delt med Rune. Lavt kremaktig skum. Uklar. Syrlig aroma av gjær & sitrus. Smaken appelsin & mango. Holder seg syrlig og blir ikke for søt. Bra.
