500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, mahagony colour with huge, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Dry hoppy, fruity aroma, notes of red berries, lingonberry, cranberry. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, hints of red berries and their parings, bitter hoppy overtones, nuttily malt basis. Juha (73) - Surrey, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2013
Dark murky reddish, tan head. Aroma is not there, perhaps some slight roast but that is it. Taste is fruity refreshing malty fullbodied goodness. Not about hops but about malt and body. Plenty of body for sure, and some similarity to an oirish stout. ciaranc (1306) - Dublin, IRELAND - AUG 3, 2013

500 ml bottle.kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - JUL 12, 2013
Pours a dark amber copper colour with a white thick head. Aroma of ripe banana, lingonberries and English toffee. Flavour of heavy biscuity malts, English toffee, sour lingonberries, grassy bitterness, some chocolate and some harsh herbal notes. Medium bodied, rough dry mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes dry, bitter and harsh. Nice bitterness but has that certain off-flavour present.
The head is good, the body darkbrown. It smells darkmalty, CO2, a bit chocolate. The taste is darkmalty, chocolate, CO2, refreshing. Tasty and good. 11/11/11/11/11/11
