(Cask at Southampton Arms, Kentish Town, London, 19 May 2011) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, orange peel and generous doses of fresh hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, pine needles, orange peel and lots of fresh hops in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness, fairly bitter. Nice one.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. An amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, fruity aroma. This was a fresh pint, tasted hoppy, citrus fruit, bitter, pine. Rich tasting and easy to drink, pretty good stuff.

Copper color, gloriously creamy looking white head. Really excellent appearance. The nose is mostly juicy hops, grapefruit etc. The taste light sweet. Pleasant bready malts present. The mouthfeel’s light-medium. Overall nice work.

Pours clear dark orange with a bubbly head. Aroma of grassy hops, hints of malts and fruits. Taste is smooth with hints of grassy hops, grapefruit, lemon and fruity notes. Finish is slightly hoppy with hints of lemon, sweetness and fruits. Okay, quite balanced and hoppy APA.

Pours slightly hazy orange with slightly foamy head. In the aroma floral & citrus hops, orange peel & mango, with mild biscuit, stale bread malt character, Well balanced bitterness but lacking a bit of character.

Cask at Caley Sample Rooms. Very bitter with the priminent US hop flavour. I’m not sure that this style of beer works on cask - I’d prefer this colder and with some more carbo.

[10/2/13] Cask at Euston Tap in London. Slightly hazy golden. Hoppy aroma with overripe tropical fruits. Flavor of fruity hops, some citrus and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Good and easy-drinking.
