Bottle poured a clear coppeer with a small lasting ivory head. Aromas of earthy hops, carmel light spice and a hint of pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Bottle at Jonesy’s Eatbar in Denver. Pours clear amber-orange with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Bready malt and hops aroma. Light to medium body with flavors of pine, hops and some yeast and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hops aftertaste that does not linger long. 12oz bottle. Poured a deeper and cloudy amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Lots of small floaters. Aromas of some flowers, light caramel, and cookie dough. on tap-pours a thin off white head, color is clear amber. Aroma is hops. Taste is hop & malty, a nice balance. This was one of Bristol’s better beers.
