COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rocket is lively and up front, with a malt-inspired body and a crisp finish. Its character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade for a refreshing aroma.

12 oz bottle from Conifer Village Liquor. Amber, hazy appearance with a white head and minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, citrus fruit and light bitter hops. Similar flavor, mild sweetness and mild bitterness with light fruitiness. Pretty light body. Not too good, probably been on the shelf for a while.

12 ounce bottle from variety pack. Pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, grain, citrus and piney hops. Taste is piney hops, yeast and caramel malt. Fairly well balanced. Easy to drink.

Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 28, 2010
Bottle courtesy of jbye4334. Pours a hazy orangish mahogany with a large off white head. Smells of starwberries, citrus, tarte, some vinegar. Tastes of pepper, dry malt, floral notes, citrus. Peppery finish.

Nose is floral and lightly sweet. Not much going on. Pours hazy golden, thin head. THe flavor is lightly sweet, a touch of bread, pale malt, and light spicy floral hops. A touch of citrus. Easy to drink, not that interesting, sessionalbe APA.

nuplastikk (6219) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 3, 2010
12oz bottle. Hazy orange-tan, with a foamy, patchy head. Toasty, bitter aroma. Medium bodied, quite easy to drink, approaching watery. Solid crisp bitter hoppiness, really evens out the creamy Vienna-malt tones. A touch of fruity ale yeast flavors in there too. OK, sort of a light West Coast Pale with some fruity Oktoberfest/Amber tones going on as well.

JPDIPSO (6216) - Wauwatosa, USA - AUG 26, 2002
I wish I liked Cascade a bit more than I do. Tons of white pine cascade hops aroma. Slightly hazy amber color with a moderate head. Light bodied with sharp hops bitterness coupled with a light malt sweetness. Thinkens a bit as it warms, but still quite thin. Finishes with a slight astringency and hay light dryness. Great aroma but lacks in body to be a really good APA.

thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 8, 2010
(12oz bottle thanks to BMan1113VR) Pours clear medium yellow with film of bubbles. Nose of faded hops, sweet grain, very subdued grapefruit. Taste of earth, rye, grain, with a creamy but undercarbonated and slightly thin finish. Had this been more fresh it may have been better.

dwyerpg (6062) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - FEB 23, 2006
Hoppy aroma. First impression is that this is a very nutty pale ale, more so even than some nut browns, but the hops make it better than many nut browns too. An odd pale ale, but enjoyable.

notalush (5866) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAY 7, 2010
Another inoffensive, drinkable, yet uninspiring bottled offering from this brewery - a fairly sturdy malt base sets up and earthy cascade flavor - high hop flavor, but low hop bitterness - some herbal, tea-like character - medium sweet - a little yeasty in the finish - peppery on the tail end - okay.
