COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rocket is lively and up front, with a malt-inspired body and a crisp finish. Its character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade for a refreshing aroma.

Pours a very light amber color. Smell is smooth and fruity and of mild hops. Taste is dusty, biscuity malt and hops are light and fruity. Some light yeast flavor is present too. Mild bitterness and a smooth, drinkable beer. Not bad.

Pint glass, half finger of head. Cloudy, copper colored body. Smell is malty, wet grain in a barnyard. Not great. Taste is sour with mild bitterness. It’s a bit disjointed. Smooth texture, moderate carbonation and medium body. Not too impressed with this. Not horrible, but missing the mark.

12oz bottle pours copper/amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma us pine, citrus, caramel and spice. Taste begins with a nice mellow bitterness into pine and citrus and the it just falls into nothing the taste stops there. I feel like the is half a decent beer but needs a bright finish.

On tap at the Bristol Brewing Company. Amber color with mild citrus hop on the nose. Bitter dry hopped body with a faint citrus finish.

This is a well hopped pale ale. Light red/copper color. Smells fresh and hoppy. Strong hop flavor - grapefruit and pine - even has hints of wood in the mostly dry finish. I enjoyed this one.

12oz bottle. Clear and golden amber. White head. Sweet citrus and apples in the initial sniff. Slight caramel, "baked bread" aromatic undertone. Sweet and smooth flavor. Sweet hops round out the profile along with light malt roast. A touch light, but sweet and pleasing!

Clouded amber hue, decent head formation. Baked bread, yeasty malty aroma. Sweet malty, bready with dark fruit flavor. Mild bitterness in the finish but subdued by the heavy malt content. Fairly unique take on a much cloned style.

12 oz bottle courtesy of jbye4334. Pours a muddy orange/amber color with a 2 finger foamy head. Mildly sweet caramel aroma with a wet hop background. Moderately bodied palate with average carbonation. Flavor is grassy hops tinted with honey and caramel.

DocJitsu (2035) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - AUG 18, 2014
Pours a clear dark golden color with a creamy white head. Sweet citrus nose. Mouthfeel is a bit powdery. Ample bitterness. The malt character is not adequate. And there is a stale flavor that underlies the other characteristics.

3.6
RSRIZZO (2032) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 23, 2007
Had this beer on 2/24/1999. Color is a nice nut brown with low carbonation and very little head. Aroma has light malt tones and good hop scents in it. Taste good but a bit flat. It starts with a medium body that seems a bit heavier than it is because of the carbonation being low. Goes down smooth with the hop flavor coming out right away. The finish is a light malt flavor with strong hop flavorings and a mild hop bitterness.
