COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rocket is lively and up front, with a malt-inspired body and a crisp finish. Its character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade for a refreshing aroma.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2004 Smooth and soft mouthfeel. Malts had elements of caramel, cookie dough and toast. Nice hop aromas and some balancing bitterness. Well balanced beer. More like an English bitter than an American Pale Ale. Pretty easy to drink; nice session beer.

Seriously intense hop aroma: grassy, piney, fresh herbs, a little cannabis. Dark copper color with small head, quickly dissipating, with decent lace. Clean light malt is prominent in the flavor, hop flavors are subdued, finishing lightly bitter and dry with a note of honey. Very light carbonation and surprisingly light body, giving it a little too watery a mouthfeel.

Nice pour - a lovely redhead with good head. Oh, wait, I am supposed to be describing the beer not the porn I am watching. Yea, the beer taste good too.

I don’t know about a malt-inspired body, it tasted mostly of hops. But it is a decent and inoffensive brew in and of itself. Looks nice, with a proper head and nice foamy lace. I could see this beer being popular with a wide range of beer drinkers.

Clouded amber hue, decent head formation. Baked bread, yeasty malty aroma. Sweet malty, bready with dark fruit flavor. Mild bitterness in the finish but subdued by the heavy malt content. Fairly unique take on a much cloned style.

on tap-pours a thin off white head, color is clear amber. Aroma is hops. Taste is hop & malty, a nice balance. This was one of Bristol’s better beers.

Solid if not a bit middle of the road. Sweet start but finishes with decent amount of hoppy liveliness.

aracauna (3606) - Georgia, USA - DEC 21, 2006
Pours a copper body with a good head. Pithy, piney hop aroma fills out the aroma. A bit of pale malt flavor in there as well. Not bad. Will suffice in a hop jones.
