Bottle, 33cL. Home. Gift from Virginie. Merci! A pale yellow opaque beer with a medium white head ; poor retention. Fruity aoma (lemon), coriander, herbs, dry white wine. Light sweet, medium dry bitter refreshing. 1-dimensional. Light body, watery texture, average to fizzy carbonation, short sweet finish, fruity note. Overall, drinkable, refreshing, average.

33cl bottle hauled by Hugi. Dusty wheat, sweetish coriander broth without that specific Wit-yeast vibrancy washing all mandatory ingredients away around a dull, soggy center. pleasant lemony notes in finish.

Cloudy yellow khaki-ish, big frothy white head, mostly diminishing, some lacing; light aroma with malts, wheat, yeasty, bit fruity, coriander, citrus; taste light sweet and light sour, light fruity; light body, oily texture, soft carbonation; light sweet and sour finish, lemon grass and coriander notes. Mediocre witbier.

Bottle from R.Leclerc, Riberac. Poured a hazy yellow, with a dense white head. Aroma of soft fruit, yeast esters and bready malt. Copper in the flavour, with some grassy hop, but overall pretty light. Finish was biscuity malt, peaches and wheat.

330ml bottle. Slightly hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, collapsing, white head. Typical Wit aroma, wheaty, slightly spicy, a touch of orange zest. Taste is wheaty, notes of lemon, orange zest, a touch of coriander; light, minimally watery. Refreshing, drinkable, classical.

Cloudy yellow colour with a tiny white head. Yeast, wheat, citrus and cellar in the aroma. The flavour is yeast, wheat, mild citrus, mild bitterness and grainy dryness. Quite fizzy. Quite nice.
