Translation: This top fermented beer, brewed with wheat and barley malts is not pasteurised. Its characteristic haze is caused by a partial filtration and a brewing process with double fermentation. It’s easily paired with white meat, fish or is tasted fresh as an apéritif. Its fruitiness comes from the orange peel and coriander. It has won a Gold at the first Concours Général Agricole for beer organised in France, in 2003, and a Silver in 2005.

Yellow, golden colored brew. Yeasty, lemon in the aroma. Flavor has malts, some fruityness and yeast. Not that bad, but dull.

Hazy yellow color with low white head. Aroma of wheat and light citrus. Watery, refreshing taste of orange, coriander and wheat.

anzoanzo77 (83) - SLOVENIA - OCT 26, 2016
Low head, very bright colour. Wheat, banana and bread flavour. Lively carbonation, a bit sweet at start and very watery at end. Overall really not good beer, but at least you can say its a beer

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 24A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch B119/121F12. AROMA: medium-low malty sweet aroma with medium orange and coriander notes. low wheat aroma. APPEARANCE: pale straw color and clear. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: medium-low flavor of orange and coriander. medium background of malty sweet flavor. low to nonexistant wheat flavor. medium-lot to low bitterness with a smi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light to light body. medium-low to low carbonation. OVERALL: an average wit that would benefit from more wheat presence and carbonation.

calern (34) - - AUG 18, 2016
White-yellow cloudy body, frothy white foam with good retention. Light sourness and sweetness, Light body and fizzy carbonation
