I bought this bottle in one coop, in Brig, during this summer. I try this beer today just before our Peruvian meal. In my personnal view, it is a decent lager/export, perfect to begin your day of beer hunter. The color is gold/yellow, regular carbonation, thin and white foam. The taste is malty, bready, a bit metalic, some bitterness and at the final, there is a touch of honey, well balanced, best before 12/2017.

Tap (SOPP2017, Helsinki) (6:3:5:3:10-=2.8-)
Rich sweet helles aroma. Pale orange, persistent small tight head. Malty barley-rich lager taste. Malty finish. Just a hint of bitter hops. A simple but clean lager. Pretty decent - I could drink this happily.

Tasting glass draft @ BBP Anniversary Festival 2017. Hazy orange, soapy white head. Nose is raw hay, cow fodder, low pepper, grainy. Taste is raw cow fodder, grainy, hay, barn with some Helles sweetness in the back. Grainy & cow fodder body which it has in common with their Pale Ale but here it felt a bit more appropriate.

Keg at the brewery. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is spicy hop, hop matter, veg stew,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light grains, rustic, spicy hop, grassy hop. Palate is crisp, drying, highish carbonation.. Ok.

Sehr grasig im Geschmack mit etwas würde noch. Trinkbar aber nicht besonders und auch kein klassisch erfrischend süffiges helles

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2017 On tap @ Brlo Brwhouse, Berlin. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is floral hops, with some citrusy notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is light hoppy, with herbs, citrus and floral notes, as well as malts with cereals, toffee and honey. A bit on the sweet side, an lacking a bit of depth in both body and flavour.
