from Torben Jensen collection. Exp. 2007. Swing cap. Small head low carbonation. Stale cardboard taste. Malty Rye maybe a bit dusty. No hop aromas no bitterness. Propably seen better day's.
Bottle. BBE 04.09.2009. Rated on 21.09.2009POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - FEB 23, 2011
Orange colour. Aroma has mostly vegetables and roots. Also some bready malt. Flavour is rather disturbing with soil, rye and starch. Also hints of cardboard. Never again. Might have been a bad or too old bottle though.
Rye ipa. not particularly hoppy or bitter. not the strong rye flavor, as expected, a strong and rich beer with a nice creamy head.

Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is malty, sweet and hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Finish is dry and bitter. Could use some more hops. 220207

I like the aroma of new baked bread and the taste of hay, with cloudy colour and light foam, I can drink alot of this beer but one at the time. sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - OCT 6, 2009
Old notes from DØE Horsens 06. Amber with an off-white head. Malty, spicy, medium bitterness. Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - JUN 13, 2009
Dark sleightly hazy amber with a huge baige head. Quite malty aroma with notes of bread and some citrus. Flavor has bitter hop notes of soapy citrus along with a delicate tartness and some caramel sweetness. Decent stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - MAY 14, 2009
Sampled at DØE Beer festival 2006, Horsens. Pours a ambercolored beer with a white head. The aroma is hops and herbs. The flavor is weak, but follows the nose. The palate is somewhat complex with bitterness. Overall average beer. Plovmand (8595) - Grindsted, DENMARK - JAN 17, 2009
Swing-top bottle. Hazy amber body with an off-white medium sized head. Caramel, flowers, malt and some hops in aroma. Flavour is hoppy with lots of malt (rye) which it not as hayish as the barley editions of IPA. 10 IBU more would suit this beer but is ok as it is. Medium creamy body.
