Bottled. Amber colour with a low sticky white head. Berries, caramel and crackers in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of berries, nuts, metal and leaves. Dryish and quite crisp finish of grass, nuts and red berries. Quite good one. larsniclas (7036) - Billdal, SWEDEN - NOV 18, 2007
Hazy amber with a creamy, off-white head.
Light fruity and malty aroma.
Very fruity flavour; apricots and peches and some toffee. rlgk (18847) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 14, 2007
Bottle. Hazy amber/golden color, offwhite head. Malty, fruity aroma. Malty flavor, fruity from apricot, roasted notes. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, warm, dark amber with a dense, creamy, beige head leaving a broad curtain of laces. Soft, nutty, malty nose. Quite full-bodied with a very soft mouthfeel. Sweetish nutty and roasted malty notes. Nice alright but hasn’t really got the hop bite to be a genuine Alt. 200907 duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 30, 2007
Bottle. A bit old and stale in flavour. Some bready malt notes, with some slight nuttyness and some sweet caramel notes aswell. A little bland in the finish.

Very nice red color and a good head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt just like the flavour, that also has notes of spicy aroma hops, light bitterness and the Brøckhouse profile is evident. IMO a nice version of an altbier. Ungstrup (37216) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 28, 2007
Bottled. A nut-brown beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet very nutty, but also with notes of wet earth, dried leaves, and fungus, reminds me of a walk in a humid fall forrest. The flavor is much fresher than the aroma with strong notes of nuts, but also with a fruitiness, including some citrus (the hops?), on a quite sweet back ground, leading to a dry nutty end. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 2, 2007
Bottle. Orangey copper with a good creamy offwhite head. Aroma of milk chocolate and yeast, followed through to the flavours. Somewhat sweet, but spices keeps it well-balanced, and the finish is dry and bitter. Medium body at best. Highly enjoyable, but I would not call it an Altbier. It is more like a Dubbel. yespr (44698) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JAN 26, 2007
50 cL bottle. Pours amber with huge creamy head. Aroma has corn, malt, some yeast and earth. Flavour is a mixture of malts that lead into a earthy taste. Round mouthfeel. Slight elements of caramel. Dry bitter finish. Perfect brew for the Autumn season! Dedollewaitor (16055) - Odense, DENMARK - JAN 13, 2007
Clear amber with white head. Malts - roasted & caramel. Sweet spicy flavor - malts. Medium body. Some fruityness. Pleasant slight bitter finish. Typical Brøckhouse, not bad - not really good. But overall enjoyable and drinkable.
