Bottle. A new beer form a retired brewery, quite a threat ! Dark brown with huge pale brown and creamy head. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, when it heats up chocolate and oranges. Taste roasted matls, cocoa and a little bitterness.A good beer, but I can´t understand why they don´t keep the recipe for the old christmas beer alive, when the name Brøckhouse seemingly has been sold, and someone else are brewing. But much better than the crap sold from Ølfabrikken nowadays. Btw. it´s no way a vienna. My guess is a stout.
