3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cask pint at The Old Coffee House, Soho. Clear light oily gold with a small frothy off-white diminishing cask head. Simple but bloody marvelous catty pungent citra aroma, just a hint of lightly fruity grassy golden ale in behind - taste follows, a bit less intense than the aroma therefore not as awesome. The mouthfeel, however is fantastic - light, airy, slick, a bit acidic, somewhat still but it slides down a treat, has a fairly long but not overpowering catty acidic, hemp-like finish. Frickin’ outstanding pint!!
Cask Half Pint at King William The Fourth), Leyton, London in Sept 2010 - Hazy Pale Yellow in colour. Very citrus fruity; grapefruit and oranges. Bitter citrus fruity hoppy throughout; dry finish. Full flavoured for very low ABV. Very drinkable.

Cask conditioned at The Old Coffee House, Soho, London. Gold with white head. This proved to be a well hopped, quite fruity beer. Lots of citrus notes, crisp, grapefruit then tropical fruit notes. Really quite decent. JohnRMurdoch (5150) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - DEC 16, 2016
Keg @ Hippo Taproom. Clear golden yellow good head. Resin grain aroma & flavour. Sharp bitter citrusy aftertaste. Disappointing for a citra ale. egidis (98) - LITHUANIA - OCT 22, 2015
On tap at King William IV. Pale, clear, small white head. Aromas of tropical fruits. Expected more aroma. Some acidity, silky, light body. Towey1989 (3437) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2015
Cask at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A clear pale golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of soapy lemon, pineapple, some mango, slight orange and grassy, floral hops. Taste is similar of lemon, some orange, slight mango, subtle pineapple and grassy, floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A soft, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A pleasantly sweet, fruity, low ABV golden ale with a soft bitterness. Surprisingly nice.

Cask at old coffee house. Clear gold with thin white head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy. Taste is the same. A little watery. Not sure I get the mangoes but sort of pineapple/ light lime and lemon. Nice stuff but flavours weren’t quite strong enough. Stuu666 (15248) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 16, 2015
