UPDATED: JUL 6, 2014 Bottle at home - bottled Oct 2012. Gusher. Murky orange, fizzy quick going head. Huge sweet hop aroma, and stewed fruit. Barley wine meets a quad? Taste is brief malts followed by boozy sunkissed funky fruit moving into medicinal herbal with overripe banana. Lovely zingy palate with dryness coming though and a great warming boozy hit from the ageing. Top drawer. Fin (10820) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2014

Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Opaque murky orange color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is sweetish, blossom, sweet hops, maybe some herbs. Tastes about the same, kind of like a hyper-Belgian-triple. If they wanted to brew a Belgian beer, they’ve done exceptionally well. But it’s not my thing. Bottle at Mr Hangover’s Nieuwjaarsborrel, thanks to dEnk. Clear gold pour, thick white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, boozy, light malty notes. Taste is fruity, boozy, kind of like a belgian strong blond, some oxidization, pineapple, sweet and spicy finish. Good. jmgreenuk (9861) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle at Mr Hangover’s 2014 Nieuwjaarsborrel, Den Haag, courtesy of Denk. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a thin white head. The aroma is grassy hop with lots of fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a hoppy light mint zesty fruit yeast alcoholic spice palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a bubbly rich mouthfeel. This was 4 years old and it had aged very well. MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - JAN 24, 2014
Bottle @ Nieuwjaarsborrel 2014, courtesy of dEnk. Pours a clear golden beer with a medium sized, white head on top. Aroma is yeasty, tropical fruits, banana and some wheat touches in there. Flavor is medium sweet with some alcholic touches in there as well. Spiceyness is detected in the back of the palate. Very subtle nuances going on, making this a quite enjoyable beer. Nice one!
