Palme (4831) - Bergen, NORWAY - SEP 4, 2013
On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. A really cloudy bright banana-yellow colored one with a small islandy top. I got the last from the keg, so it could have a different appearance earlier. A small bubbly white head is also present here. Loaded with elderflower on the nose this! Like syrup. Some grains an canned pears also. Lovely acidic, really acidic! The elderflower is really present in the taste, like I’ve never had before. Lovely refreshing, lots of flavor, lots or sourness. Gooseberries and white currants finishes this little beauty off. 04.05.2013

King William IV. Very hazy gold beer, little white head. Nice fresh Elderflower on the nose. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Tart elderflower with a trace of lemon. Not much more to say other than it’s really nice to be able to pick the Elderflower flavour up. Semi dry finish. Very drinkable!

Christian (13865) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2013
Muddy golden with a small white head. Aroma of elderflower, lemon juice and grain. Very sour with elderflower flavour, and strong grain and yeast like an unfinished sour/jonge lambik.

viktorvee (510) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2013
Minimal aroma, good taste with a faint elder flower taste, refreshing, not as good as the raspberry. Slightly woody, tasty!
