Towey1989 (2122) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 31, 2016
Cask at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A clear golden colour with a frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, melon, some mango, a touch of pineapple, slight straw and subtle spicy hops. Taste of lemon, melon, mango, some peach, a little pineapple, subtle lime and slight grapefruit. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A dry, spicy, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A big, citrusy, oily APA. More I drank, the citrusy it became. A good beer, what I expect from Brodies now.
