A lovely ale to consume. Unfortuntly for me, it was far too nice, cos it was simply made to be quaffed down, even at the strength of 5% jackl (8212) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Keg @ The Duke Of Wellington beer festival. As ’Sas-squash’. The pour’s deep golden with a tight creamy white head. Lovely looking. The smell is strong sweet passion fruit and mango. I swear I could smell this as it was being poured. Some additional notes of aromatic cheddar cheese and grassy funk. The taste is funky dank weed, soggy grass spiked with nimble orchard fruits. Apricot and strawberry preserve. Bracingly bitter finish. Still, very smooth and easy drinking. Nice fine carbonation. Overall, quite impressive. Beersiveknown (5295) - NORTHERN IRELAND - MAR 1, 2015

moderately hazy pale amber with lemon cheesecake nose, motueka perhaps, zesty. Moderate body, gentle carbonation, fruit salad jacks, marscapone , light finish.
Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit, light malt. Taste is more of the same. Very juicy and thirst-quenching. A proper good pint! Lonick (2168) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 18, 2016
Bottle @Eurovision 2016 tasting. Wonderful simple beer done just so well. Pours golden, white head lacing to the bottom of the glass. Nose is citrus, passion fruit, melon, slight pineapple. Taste is more of the same but with some lemon and some slight pine. I enjoyed this beer at the tasting and had a bottle to myself the next day, such a simple beer that is done so well. I could quaff loads of this.

At the Brewpub. Light haze on this gold beer, little white head. Light smooth palate, a little dry. Nice hops! Juicy lemon - lime - orange citrus with some pine. All in good balance. Really well joined up. Semi dry finish. Lovely!
(Cask at Cross Keys, Covent Garden, London, 22 April 2012) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, grapefruit and resinous hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with lemon, grapefruit, grass, biscuity malt, and a solid, zesty, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Lovely hop character, backed up by a chewy malt profile. And so deceptively drinkable. Lovely beer! maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - MAY 9, 2013
Cask conditioned handpump Old Coffee House London 03/05/13. A very pale beer with a whitish ring of head. Citra like hopping in this. Sharp and mango like. Good malt backbone balance. Tasty and very refreshing in a hot day. Another good un from Brodies. jfb (6354) - GERMANY - MAY 24, 2013
