Cask (handpump) at Brodies Christmas Cracker, William IV, Leyton, 19 December 2009. Pale gold. No head. Some grassy citric notes in the aroma. Stronger citrus on the palate. Quite lemony but with some sweetish malt in the background. Quite tart and refreshing mouthfeel.

Cask (William IV, Leyton, Brodies Christmas Cracker 2009)
Sweet fruity aroma, quite subdued. Gingery and sweet malty taste. Flat palate. Retronasals sweet and a touch hoppy. Some slight phenolic harshness. OK bitter.
