Nose carries citric vibes, melon, tangerine, soft bread dough.
Taste comprises lemon rind, melon, pale malts, straw, light floral effect.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, fairly dry in the close.
Ok GB - not a fruit beer for this Bois! Scopey (14723) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 11, 2014
Cask at the Old Coffee House. Eyebrows were raised when I ordered a beer called pink pride in a soho whilst wearing a pink shirt....It pours hazy pale gold with a medium white head. The nose is sweet raspberry, candy floss, jam, candy, Parma violets and strawberry. The taste is bitter-sweet, fruity tartness, raspberry pips, pink grapefruit, lemon peel, straw, mild astringency and fruit acid with a very dry finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. The big bitterness evens out the fruit. Bit of a disconnection between nose and taste. Pretty decent stuff though. MrTipple (4966) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 29, 2014
Aroma: grapefruit, other citrus fruits. Appearance: medium sweet. Taste: slightly hazy pale gold, small creamy head. Palate: very fruity, grapefruit, light bitters coming up, dry average-long finish. Overall: great fruit beer, fantastic grapefruit aroma and palate. Pint at The Old Coffee House. ChrisHSOTE (22) - Somerset, ENGLAND - JUN 29, 2012

Cask (William IV, RBESG2011 Saturday)Leighton (21239) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 1, 2011
Rather silly raspberry beer. It starts off right from the outset as being a limp beer, and the raspberry just makes it sillier. However, I’m proud to have raised a glass. Next time make a macho themed beer instead please?
Cask at William IV, London, during RBESG 2011. Pours grapefruit pink with a white head. Sweet berry aroma. Light sweet flavor, faint tart berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish, a bit more semi-tart berries. Could do with a bit more sugar. Just a touch bland, but pretty nice. Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2011
