Keg at Brewdog. Pours Black with a thin Tan head. Aroma is huge. Boozy as fuck. Jim Beam, Vanilla oak, petrol. The flavour is quite crowded. There’s tar, chocolate toffee, coffee, BOOZE and plenty vanilla. Nice but quite full on. Feels like you could light your breath after drinking it. BenH (3436) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 10, 2013
Keg at BD. Black with tan head. Fair wiff of alcohol in the aroma, quite a lot of bourbon, vanilla, oak, chocolate. Taste of bourbon, chocolate, licorice, vanilla. Thick and sweet. Quite strong bourbon flavour, tad hot. RichTheVillan (7941) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2013

On tap at the King William IV brewpub. The pump clip said this was Jack Daniels BA but a very reliable source said it was the Jim Beam. Opaque black brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, slightly soft and with low carbonation. Lovely sweet smooth dark malts and Ssooth bourbon hangs together wonderfully. Finishes smooth and semi with mild warmth. Dangerously drinkable!
Draught at Mikkeller bar.Black colour with medium beige head.taste of whisky and chocolate, smooth mouthfeels and good warming flavor of alc and vanilla. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2012
On tap. Pours an opaque black with a small, creamy beige head. Sweet and slightly buttery nose with soft whiskey notes. Full-bodied, subtle roast, chocolate accents while the Jim Bean barrel is fairly discreet. Again somewhat buttery with a spicy and lightly buttery finish. 180712 hackobock (4045) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 23, 2012
