Cask at the Jolly Butchers, Stoke Newington on 28th August 2010. Brown to black with a pale brown ring of foam. Spice and apricot fruits in the initial aroma. The main taste in-mouth is strongly bitter with some berry fruits in the background. A very bitter finish that builds on each sip. Zingy mouthfeel. Excellent for such a low strength - a well crafted beer and very well-kept in the pub. fonefan (49369) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2010
