UPDATED: OCT 17, 2006 Very good one, though the awkward smell didn’t predict anything good. Pours honey colour, with thick medium lasting head. Full taste with non-sweet notes of caramel and malt and a slightly dry end. Alcohol well hidden. I liked it much. RichardGretton (4770) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2008
Bottle. Golden brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly malty and the flavour is smooth, lightly malty and slightly dry. Overall a drinkable beer, tastes nothing like the alcohol strength. johndoughty (5504) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 14, 2007
Can. Small head and lrft no lacing. Some alcohol presence as you would expect and a reasonable mouthfeel.Left no aftertaste. Cheap and not so cheerful. DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2007
Bottle from the cave. Aroma is Pale lager malts, a hint of cinnamin which i kind of assume is the alc, not much hop character, but not offensive in anyway. Taste is clean pale malts, quite sweet but something is balancing it out and leading for some easy drinking. One of the better euro strong lagers. Bottle from the Dodgi’ Deli’ Cowley Road had this 24-04-08 Pours golden with white bouncy head, some corn on the nose. This isn’t bad and at 89p a bargain, ok its sweet malty and the alcohol whilst not overpowering sometimes gets in the way but I will happily stock up on a few more at this price.

Shimmering auburn amber body riddled by furious, hasty to rise medium sized bubbles that lift a mere quarter inch of compact, creamy off-white head that lasts and laces well. Strong, sweet, sugary, toasted malt and biscuity nose with good warming, alcohol spice evident. Lifted nutty, sweet caramel and toasted grains in the mouth. A little almond marzipan with burnt bread notes late. Swallow is like a rough praline, nutty and sweet with the alcohol well masked here though a strange chemical taste kicks in faintly late into the aftertaste. Nice rounded body, not heavy, with soft, prickly carbonation. Good linger of sweet malts and roasted nuts. Overall a little one sided but not that bad a beer. Certainly goes down without a blink of the eye-lid! (50cL, BB 27/08/08, International Beer Store, Morley)

Can, 500 ml
Small, white to grey head, quickly disappearing, minimal lacing, low carbonation. Appearance of the body is nice deep amber to deep golden. Aroma is molty and of some artificial candy but bearable, so quite weak. Flavour is sweet, nice, strong malted barley, minimal nonaromatic bitter hoppy accent, smooth. Palate is soft and the beer is easy going. very well balanced with domination of malts. One of the better Polish strong lagers. i like it.
500 can, nice deep amber body, white weak head, aroma is malt and nut, flavour is nut, malt and quite nice water base, medium to full bodied Papsoe (25060) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2008
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear deep golden with a tall, dense, off-white head leaving laces. Discreet aroma of sweet malt and alcohol. Medium body with a soft mouthfeel and a somewhat low carbonation. Solid malt base with notes of caramel. Almost no bitterness. 270408 madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2011

Stromng smooth malty lager - no sharp edges on this one. Finish is both soft and zingy!
