COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale and Crystal malts create a balanced and flavorful hop-forward beer. A heavy dose of Columbus, Cascade and Palisade hops are the foundation for bitterness and flavor. A final touch of Cascade hops gives this brew a strong citrusy aroma.

Super drinkable, this pours a beautiful golden color with thin white head. There is a citrus aroma almost of grapefruit, and the flavor is sweet and smooth. Like most of their beers, this is very drinkable, and light enough that you don’t get full the more you have.

12 fl oz can. Pours hazy orange with a huge off white head. Aroma is malty and grainy. Dry, toasted. Bitter and slight herbal. Bitter and dry herbal finish.

rayaron (1919) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - NOV 20, 2014
Can sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond, Tel Aviv. Very hazy brownish-orange with big off-white head. Light aroma, citrus, malty, caramel notes, spicy. Some citrus notes in the flavor, grainy, spicy, a bit metallic, light sourness, some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Light carbonation, medium-bodied. Maybe it’s a bit old (no BBD).

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav’s place. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber with a big beige head. Aroma of malt, a bit honey-ish, and stale hops. Sweetish malty flavor with a bit of honey and caramel, rather stale hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

12oz can from yobdoog, thanks Trevor. Poured a clear deep orange/amber under a frothy light beige that left some nice lacing. Aroma is blah, sort of dusty with notes of bad green veggies, wet nuts and medicine. Flavor is way better than the aroma, nuts, dark grains, caramel malts. Seems more like an amber than an APA.

beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - SEP 22, 2014
12 oz. can. Pours a hazy amber with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left ample lace. Very faint aroma of malt and caramel. Thankfully more flavorful than the aroma suggests with malt and caramel. Mild bitterness at the finish. Very, very mild hop presence. Medium bodied. Not an exciting beer, but no problems either.

A dark golden ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet nutty caramel malt with light grassy British hops, ok. In mouth nutty caramel malt with light grassy hops, light citrus pulp, ok.On tap at Empire Brewfest 2014.

DiarmaidBHK (5345) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 11, 2014
Can fork half time. Pours dark orange with a thick, pillowy white head that fades quickly and leaves a lot of lacing. Not much on the nose. Not much on the tongue either. Certainly no hop presence though it’s a bit malty. Dries the mouth out on the finish. Not even close to style. They should really start over with this one.
