Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a soft transparent orange to yellow color with a thin finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated immediately.
The aroma had some citrus sweetness with some light honey underneath.
The flavor yielded to the sweetness all throughout with the same sort of aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation touches the ABV seemingly just right.
Overall, for the most part, I don’t mind this one. It’s good for a golden ale, worthy of having again preferably on a Summer’s day. thorongil2 (3257) - , Ontario, CANADA - SEP 7, 2010

2008-09-06. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Fairly hoppy flavour, nice floral grassy hops and some light fruit undertones. Mild aroma of light straw and grass, floral, something. (6+) Average palate. Decent, quaffable, but simple. On tap at the brewpub.

ON tap at the Moose’s Tooth. Big bubble white head atop a clear golden beer. Light, crisp nose with a noticable pine hop. Not your average watered down brewpub golden ale. Nice caramel sweetness with citrus hop flavores. An easy drinking run of the mill session beer. aracauna (3631) - Georgia, USA - JUN 25, 2005

(Draft: Moose’s Tooth Brewing Company in Anchorage AK) Pretty much just a real light flavored, pale colored beer for the masses; Dry, lightly bitter, not much in the way of malt; The nose is a bit hoppy with a very mild maltiness; Light bodied; Dry and clean on the palate; Pale yellow in color; Whitish head fades fast
