Bottle at home, orange beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, honeysweetness. Taste is the same, bitter, ok tricksta_p (5223) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2017
Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is grainy malt, grassy notes, straw, hay, noble hops, and a floral touch. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate bitter. Body is medium. A very fine unfiltered Pilsener, tasty. Alengrin (5779) - BELGIUM - MAY 27, 2017
Bottle at Antwaerps Bierhuyske. Unfiltered ’Bohemian’ Pilsener with snow white, thick, bubbly, coarse but stable, lacing head and lightly hazy ochre-tinged ’old gold’ colour. Aroma of camomile, bread crust, soap, straw, muesli, some iron, parsley, green unripe banana, grass. Crisp onset, evidently low in fruitiness as expected from the style but still with some subtle green banana, dried apricot and apple peel notes carried by the yeast, vague metallic touch, minerally carbo effect but not overcarbonated especially seen the style, rounded bready middle with a vague caramelly accent, grainy but in a ’good’ way, crisp, mildly bitter, floral and bit earthy ending, noble hops providing some adequate dryness against the maltiness, some lingering soapiness in the end. Well-balanced beer, clearly from a vastly different world than the well-known industrial pale lagers from the Netherlands, elegantly hoppy in the ’old’ way; a somewhat idiosyncratic interpretation of a Czech Pilsener, a tad less ’clean’ but carried out correctly and with respect for this tradition. Arguably the best Dutch ’pilsje’ I had to date - apart from Christoffel Blond and Donder en Bliksem perhaps - with indeed certain Kellerbier-like traits. blariacum (215) - Nijmegen, NETHERLANDS - APR 22, 2017
De naam Bohemian Pilsner op het etiket geeft het bier een extra cachet. Is lekker, maar niet schokkend. Gedronken uit fles. MonsterMagnet (1593) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 4, 2016
Bottle, pours hazy golden with a white head. Fairly grainy, bit of hay, hints of lemon. Tasty pilsener.

Hoppig pils met heel veel schuim en een hint van banaan. Backlog from 2015/02/20. PeatyPete (1111) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2015
Crown Cap came off with a bang. Extreme gusher. Orange color with off-white giant foam production. Aroma is grassy, light lime. Taste light fruity, malt and a hoppy end. vipinvelp (4554) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 2, 2015
Got beer fountain after opening bottle. ONly some 5cl left with heavy yeast content. Yeast aroma and taste, bummer. Need to buy again. (Velp 201506) Maakun (6543) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 23, 2015
Bottle at home. Clear golden with very big soapy off white head. Light knackebrod, dough, lemon, grassy, straw, English biscuits, tangerine. Hint of metallic and herbal notes in the finish. Light sweet with close to medium bitterness and a touch of tart citrus. Medium bodied with full slick carbonation. Quite nice initially, but the finish reminds me too much of cheap German pilsners.
