English caramel & biscuit malts balanced with West Coast citrus hops
Comercial desription: Our flagship: a bold American pale ale with an English backbone. Think driving a ’64 Mustang over London Bridge. This is the beer we drink when hanging out after a hard day at the brewery.
Strange that this beer hasn´t been rated before.
Tapversion, Drunken at The Bishop Arms, Gustav, Malmö, Sweden
Bready and caramel-like malt aromas balanced with citrus and floral Centennial and Cascade hop aromas. Crisp, malty and caramel sweetness giving way to citrus and a lingering but subtle spicy hop bitterness. Well-balanced with deep well interwoven tastes where the a pleasant malt backbone impresses most. gyllenbock (10017) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 30, 2016
