COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This deep amber, American-style pale ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. We hope you enjoy this fresh, local beer. Brew details: OG 1.064. FG 1.016. ABV 6.3%. SRM 9.6. IBU 34.7.

12 oz can. Pours amber with tall, long-lasting, fluffy white head, nice lacing and lively carbonation. Aroma is of caramel malt, citrusy hops and ripe fruit. Body is medium and slightly crisp. Herbal hops, pale malt and ripe fruit nicely balanced on the palate. Finish is long and dry. Very nice brew.

Draft at The Strand in Queens. Amber gold, stringy foam. Balanced citrus malt aroma. Nice citrusy hops with a lot of malt flavor to counter. Lighter body. Clean, tasty.

Swift pint near Times Square before dashing to JFK for flight home. Ruby/russet, a little thin and not much aroma, but it has loads of malt and a fair bit of bitterness. Deceptively drinkable for the abv (Id have had this down as a session ale - just as well we only had one or wed have missed our flight!). Nothing earthshattering but a fine drinkable nicely malty and bitter pint. Might well check out their tasting room next time were in New York.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and pale malts. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light citrus here and not much else besides a light malt backbone. Pours hazy amber with good lacing. Crisp finish. Tap at NY Beer Company.

16 ounce can. Amber orange color. Large rocky beige head. Pleasant toasted malt nose hints at walnuts and chalk. Bittersweet malt flavor has notes of baked bread and toasted nuts. Hops come through in finish with a floral and citrus burst. A decent pale ale.

From the 16 oz. can marked 2604-1627. Nice looking medium member pour, kind of mahogany, with a big lingering cream colored head. There is a vague roasted malt note on the nose but it tends to smell like cheap perfume. Medium body. .A slightly malty sweetness and perfume. Moderate bitterness.

Hazy deep Amber with foamy rimming lacy beige head; aroma of Turkish delight that is rose and sugar; malt caramel softly blended with woody hoppiness in the flava; feels medium and silky flat; finishes mildly bitter with tangy malt notes and wood
