This deep amber, American-style pale ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. We hope you enjoy this fresh, local beer. Brew details: OG 1.064. FG 1.016. ABV 6.3%. SRM 9.6. IBU 34.7.

Appearance: Light hazy burnished copper body with a tall tan head, excellent retention.
Aroma: Light and mild, hints of citrus and floral aromas. Clean.
Taste: Malt bomb. Caramel and brown sugar heavy. Fig and musty malts. Drinks like a barleywine, mild and floral, air freshener finish.
Palate: Full bodied, mildly carbonated.
Overall: This stinks. It tastes old and overly malty.

Can sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond, Tel Aviv. A bit hazy golden with small beige head. The aroma is hoppy, tropical fruits, malty, milky. The flavor is quite sweet, honey, a bit syrupy, a bit grassy, some herbs notes, buttery. Light carbonation, medium-bodied.

16 oz can. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy white head with medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is toast malt, dates, spicy and earthy hops with herbal notes. Flavor is malt and hop balanced with a dry finish. Good amount of malt for a APA. The ABV was enjoyed too.
