COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love all kinds of farmhouse ales. But the original farmhouse ales werent big beers - they were beers you could drink while working in the hot sun all day. Our 1/2 ale reaches back to that tradition - its a dry, hoppy, citrusy, and delicious saison all at 3.4% Alc. By Vol. In fact, you CAN have everything.

This is indeed a farmhouse ale, a beer that is light and mild. Yet it is tasty and both hoppy and a little citrusy. A good fun summer beer.

330ml bottle. Hazy yellow with one finger white head. Aroma is dill and crayfish (as expected with the srorachi ace), citrus and light saison yeast. Taste is similar with the dill and crayfish notes dominating but nicely accentuated by light citrus, saison yeast and a very light dry maltiness. Light and dry mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2017 Bottle, 330 ml. Big, frothy head. Slightly opaque, light yellow. Aromas of hay, plastic or detergent. Strange... Taste is also a bit strange and perfumed. Not to my liking, I am afraid. Or a bad bottle?

Bottle from local Deen supermarket. Pale yellow / golden with a medium white soapy head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice bitterness with subtle sweet tones. Citrus, sorachi hops, malts, yeast and some caramel. Very nice sessionable brew, could drink these all night.

Tasted 2016-12-30. Pours pale yellow, cloudy and with a small white head. Tangerine is overpowering in the aroma. Mild tasting. Not much bitterness, but some. Fairly balanced and very easy to drink. Very good session ale.
