12-ounce can, which was contract brewed in Utica, New York, where many sub-par contract beers are made, poured into a glass. Mostly clear yellow-orange color with a white head, some residual lacing. Aroma: peach, pineapple. Flavor: bittersweet plastic. Very pedestrian beer. 25 years ago I might have liked this, but Im way beyond this now. Its better than a Budweiser, Ill give them that.

Bottle, 330 ml. Drunk from the bottle, this brew is fresh and alright for a macro brew.

From a can pours a copper gold colour with white head, looking much like a lager. Aroma reminds me of an amber lager, a bit grainy and a touch of resin hop. Taste is a bit bland, a bit bitter and mildly sweet. Very watery in the mouth, nothing special in the slightest and although drinkable I dont think I will bother again. Shame as my previous experience of Brooklyn beers has always been really good!

Faible corps, assez fade. Bref, cest sans grand intrt.

Swaroga (2173) - Gdańsk, POLAND - JAN 5, 2017
33cl can. Yellow and a very little cloudy with medium head. Aroma is delicate with obvious citrus, mango and some little passion fruit notes. Sponge cake and sugar as the back bone. It has a watery but soft mouthfeel with delicate carbonation. Quite dry with delicate grainy sweetness. It does taste malt. Herbal earthy with delicate bitter herbal and zest finish. Not bad.
