From XXXII. In Tekuglass. Watching King Arthur. Very balanced taste, with chocolate and vanilla notes standing out. Alcohol provides a warming feeling but not an unpleasant sweetness. beermastersasho (124) - - SEP 4, 2017
For me this stout is underrated! Why people do not like it? It smells so much of chocolate, it is smooth and balanced, little bit sweet, and not hoppy. (is this the reason?) For me is one really good imperial stout, and easy to find! Little bit bitter, coffee... 2OLD4BS (10) - west windsor, New Jersey, USA - AUG 29, 2017
The best stout I have ever tried! Out of this world! There is the chocolate flavor but it is just right not too overwhelming. Perfect carbonation not too much not too little. Perfect balance. The alcohol is very well hidden. Great finish! It does not get any better than this! It is a masterpiece! Enjoy!

This is the famous Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, our award-winning rendition of the Imperial Stout style once made exclusively for Catherine the Great. We use three mashes to brew each batch of this beer, achieving a luscious deep dark chocolate flavor through a blend of specialty roasted malts. We brew it every year for the winter season. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years. Grumbo (3720) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - AUG 21, 2017
Bottle, from Mr Foley’s, Leeds. Backlog entry. Entering my historic scores for US beers whilst visiting New York. No tasting notes kept, just rating. But very good. vastervikman (63) - Vastervik, SWEDEN - JUL 30, 2017
Klasik.
Very dark brown, no head. Lovely luscious chocolate aroma. Sweet and rich, full of candied fruit flavors. Lovely roasted flavor underneath. Full bodied without being thick. uckelman (813) - Durham, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2017
Pours black. Cocoa and bourbon aromas. Heavy, somewhat grainy texture. Very much alcohol on the finish.
