evergreen0199 (3441) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 16, 2013
Keg at The Rake, Borough Market, London. A hazy golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Sweet, malty, spice aroma. Tastes quite Belgian, sweet, spice, banana, lemon, malty, some vanilla. Really nice Belgian style ale from Brooklyn.

argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - OCT 16, 2013
Draft. Hazy amber body with small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, candi sugar, some Belgian spiciness, light candied orange. Taste is just what the nose says it’ll be. Medium body, some stickiness.

GABF 2013. Pours a bit hazy golden orange appearance with a thin white head. Fairly spicy, lemon zesty, twangy wheat aroma. Weirdly strong banana flavor with some vanilla, bubblegum, and spices.

FaithHealer1 (358) - SCOTLAND - OCT 15, 2013
Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a straw yellow, finger of head. Aroma is brilliant: up close, it’s banana, clove, honey, toffee, classic Tripel. At a bit more of a distance, the vapours smell like incense sticks! Taste is great as well - soft toffee, banana, clove, a little bit of orange, cinnamon (almost apple pie), plenty more spice. Long finish, very nicely balanced: not too cloying, bitterness doesn’t overcompensate. Lovely stuff, really nice.

Lubiere (14110) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 12, 2013
A hazed golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, classic fruity malt with banana, cloves, coriander, very perfumy and nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with banana, berries, coriander and curacao, alcohol warmth, well done. On tap at Brooklyn Pour 2013.

Miked1687 (608) - Buffalo, New York, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Rusty Amber pour with a thin off white head. Nose is bubble gum with some yeast. A bit too sweet already. taste is bubblegum, hay, some wheat. A bit too sweet in the back and unbalanced.

closey22 (2026) - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Orange amber with rimming offwhite head; smoky fruit aroma some hints of perfumy funky yeasty niceness; Flava is rich malty fruity yeasty grainy complexness Belgian sugary yeastiness and hints of hops; feels light medium and fizzy; finishes dry yet sweet almost like a cigar lingering on the tongue with good memories

kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Thick golden with no foam. Ripe apricot aroma. Thick yeasty belgian taste. Nice belgian but too thick to repeat.

queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - OCT 9, 2013
