COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brooklyn East India Pale Ale, originally a summer seasonal, has been getting raves since becoming a year round offering in 1996. Garrett Oliver, a student of English brewing and beer history, uses English malts and hops to brew his EIPA in the classic, heavily-hopped style of the 19th century beers created for British soldiers serving in India.

Delicious for an affordable little IPA. If you can afford something nicer though, youll probably be rewarded- 6 packs of this go from 7-10 bucks. Heavily hopped style IPA with a fairly high gravity, considering price and flavor. Well hidden booze, balanced enough.

Diabobale (500) - Vallata, SUD ITALIA, ITALY - MAY 15, 2017

A classic that originally started my interest in IPAs. Clear with medium white head. Grassy, hoppy with a mix of malts. Dark malts, sweet with floral and grassy hops.

Originally rated on 12/29/08. Aroma some pine, and floral notes. Appearance was a light copper color, thin head left decent lace. Flavor is kinda malty for an IPA but its o.k., hints of pine. Mouthfeel was a little sticky, but it had a clean finish. Overall its a decent beer, but nothing to rush out and get.

On tap at Bills Bar & Burger, NYC. Clear medium amber under a large foamy off white head that fades slowly and leaves lots of lace. Nose is light bread with some light citrus and some grass. Flavour follows with light caramel backing a medium- bitterness. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a lingering lightly bitter finish. 6/3+/6/3/12

I bought this bottle at one Coop in Lausanne, Bergires. In my point of view, it is a solid IPA and good relation price/quality, a dIvine nectar of bitterness, having the impression to eat the forest of pines of Siberia. I drank it yesterday just before to sleep, a good idea of sweetness in our mad world to find some hope. The body is a classical tinted color, announcing what it will be your discover, huge resine notes and perfect bitterness staying for the eternity in your mouth, at the final sip and due to the resine notes, you have a side of sugar, malt hidden by the hop, regular carbonation, thin and white foam, prxima caa hombre!!!!!
