Tangerine, pineapple, and the obligatory coriander aroma. Much fruitier than spicy. Hazy amber, effervescent, thick yellow head. Coriandet and grapefruit peel. Orange flt midpalate with mild toast and grains in the finish. Weird wit, but damn delicious. Refteshing. shrubber85 (11324) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - APR 25, 2013
Draft. Strong banana, orange, clove, coriander, and wheat malt flavor. Murky yellow with small head. Sweet banana, lemon, clove, wheat malt and lightly bitter grass flavor. Very nice beer - a witbier/Hefeweizen hybrid. dogfishho (669) - Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA - SEP 3, 2012
Lovely, long lime finish on this saison-style beer. Very palate coating and refreshing. Awesome jbardin (161) - New York, USA - SEP 27, 2012
On tap at Blue Ribbon. Really nice hoppy farmhouse ale, kind of boozy but totally quaffable.

Sampled at GABF 2012. One of my top three beers from my two sessions. Spicy with loads of citrus and a tang of hop bitterness. Simple and light and effervescent and just flat out tasty.

Tap at the brewery, poured into a plastic cup.
Hazy deep golden color with a small white head.
Citrus nose, some prickly pear and spicy herbal hops, faint pound cake.
Fruity flavors, candied orange, rosemary, thyme, medium bitterness.
Medium bodied, surprising, interesting twist on the style. Very nice. FaithHealer1 (358) - SCOTLAND - DEC 31, 2012
Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a clear gold, finger of rather bubbly head. Irons is pretty complex: spicy Belgian yeast, citrus, lime, coriander, a little perfume. Taste is very nice - sweet orange, bread malt and spicy Belgian yeast. Coriander and hoppy bitterness follow, with a pretty dry finish. Medium-full bodied. I’m not the biggest witbier fan in the world, but this is a nice one. merc7186 (3142) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - NOV 3, 2013

M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Drying
Overall, a nice wheat beer with a decent yeasty, earthy taste to it...not much fruitiness to hide the grains. Travlr (24277) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 1, 2012
Draft. Bright yellow color, fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma of banana bubblegum and clove. Taste is almost like a hefeweizen. Not bad. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 5, 2012
Tap at Ginger Man. Pale golden pour. The nose is a little bit wheaty and very fruity. A light spiciness and a lot of yeast character. There is an almost blueberry-like character to the brew that is pretty unique. Peppery with the faintest hint of allspice towards the back. Understated but very delicious. An interesting take on a style that hasn’t been interesting for quite some time.
