Draft @ Coles Buffalo NY. Found some old notes while cleaning. Great looking beer. Hazy, fruity, somewhat grassy. packs a wallop but you wouldnt know by the taste. Decent PilsnerPeter (3046) - Flushing, New York, USA - DEC 11, 2006
hazy yellow, viscous appearance with thick frothy head and nice lacing. Standard belgian aroma. Touch of hay, light citrus, yeasty. Creamy mouthfeel and body. Fruity notes of sweet banana, yeasty. Grassy notes, with a sweeter, alcohol predominated finish. Nothing standout. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 10, 2006

On tap at MacGregor’s in Henrietta. Yellow color with a nice head courtesy of the tap. Smells fruity and herby. Sweet, yeasty, dry finish. Not too impressed, but this was definitely not bad. goldtwins (4320) - Nesconset, New York, USA - OCT 26, 2006
GABF 2006: Hazy light yellow color with a medium sized white head. Yeasty aroma with phenolic notes of clove. The aroma was fairly sweet. The flavor started sweet and malty with a yeasty and clovey finish.

Pour is yellow with a dense white head...smell is slightly spicey with some corriander...taste is sweet and lightly yeasty, but not much going on with this... hophead75 (2012) - Largo, Florida, USA - SEP 29, 2006
GABF 06. The aroma is tart citrus, lemon, and a bit sweet. The taste is light estery banana, pear, some sweet malt/candi sugar and earthy yeast. slighty dry tangy finish. very nice. dirtymike (2016) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 29, 2006
Cloudy golden in color with a large white head. Aroma of coriander, orange, citrus, banana and yeast. Flavor is consitant with aroma, alcohol is very warming. A double wit with a boost or perhaps a very spicy triple, either way very interesting. GuilTTy (733) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - JUL 25, 2006
Sampled at the Atlantic City, NJ beer festival. Light chestnut pour under a small dusky white head. Yeasty aroma with roasted malt, molasses and overripe fruits. Solidly malty flavor with a nice mix of fruity sweetness and yeasty, bready notes along with some toffee and pepper. Silky mouthfeel and a warming finish. I would buy this every now and then if it were available in bottles. jb (3253) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUL 3, 2006
Interesting - seemed like a belgian tripel. Pale yellow, citrus and wheat notes. Palate whallops you with a boozy taste like they really did fortify the beer with it. Since this was my last beer of the night I may be underrating it.
