COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In Williamsburg, Brooklyn, we forge barley malt and hops from Germany, aromatic raw sugar from Mauritius and yeast from Belgium into our latest beer, Brooklyn Local 1. Behind the full golden color you'll find an alluring aroma, a dynamic complex of flavors. Belgian flair, Brooklyn fortitude and a dusting of our special yeast. To create this beer, we use the old technique of 100% bottle re-fermentation, a practice now rare even in Europe. It gives this beer a palate of unusual depth. Enjoy it locally or globally, as an aperitif or with your favorite dishes. It is particularly nice with spicy seafood and with fine cheeses.

Flaska frn SB. Provning med lsllskapet. Ljusorange, disig vtska med fluffigt vitt skum. St doft, ltt kryddig, saisonjst. Smaken r kryddig, ltt bitter och ngot mrkbar i alkohol. Kan nog bli bra av att lagra.

A bomber pour. Golden-orange color. Frothy white head that takes awhile to settle, leaving a Belgian lace clinging to the inside as you sip. High carbonation with non-stop bottom-up flow of prickly bubbles, which brings to the nose a faint aroma of fruit (perhaps pear, grapes, kiwi). Tastes like a tripel -- banana, clove, black pepper -- with a pleasing perfectly balanced malty bitterness lingering on the tongue. A slight alcohol warmness lingers. Remarkably drinkable.

Hopmaestro (1561) - rebro, SWEDEN - JAN 4, 2016
Aroma is full of citrus and oranges. Spicey and fruity yeast notes. Taste is fresh from tropical fruits such as apricots and pineapples and the Belgian yeast is very fruity. Very crisp and drinkable. High carbonation

Beautiful pour, massive frothy eggshell head, hazy straw color underneath. Aroma of yeast, spices, coriander, toasted malt, notes of alcohol. Nice effervescence on the tongue. Lingering malt sweetness rolls backs with hints of hop bitterness, more yeast. Good, not elite.
