3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 6 May 2013) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, nose with notes of hay, grass, citrus and hints of spices. Malty, slightly spicy taste with bread, citrus, hints of yeast and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Refreshing and quite drinkable, but lacking some saison character. More like a kölsch-style saison. Quite nice though.

(backlog). Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is ginger, banana, some wheat and mild bready malts as well. Flavour is spices, some dusty earth as well as mild toffee, citrus and some bready notes.
I smell and taste corn all over this one. Pale looking with a brief head and no lace. Palate is abrubt and with sweet malts. Very light bodied. jcwattsrugger (12505) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - NOV 17, 2013

On tap at the brewery, hello 900, pours a yellow golden pour. Nose is floral but subdued. Taste is spicy but somewhat full and uneven . Finish is dry and short. Have had richer more flavored saisons. Quaff Score 6 / 10

Brewery. Cloudy, pale golden color, rich white head. Sweet gingery aroma. Spicy flavor with more ginger, banana and coriander. Slightly oily finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. An interesting beer: I would love to give it a try with sushi.
Pours milky yellow with low white head
Aromas are citrusy with hints of sourness
Sour tastes is dominating but it lacks a bit of ooompf to make it fly

Sampled at the Raleigh Rare and Vintage Festival 2013. Clear golden pour with small ring of offwhite head. Notes of honey and lavender. And I also perceived this as "boozy" despite being not high alcohol. It must have been one of the other ingredients that was throwing me off. I thought "how is this supposed to be sessionable?".
