Draught, Redlight. Gorgeous red-orange and luminescent. Fun party for the nose, cherries and candi sugar. Medium carbonation is soft. Alcohol is a bit apparent. Has a nice candi sugar quality that almost becomes over the top but nice in general. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 8, 2009
Draft at Clover Leaf Tavern. Pours a slight hazy brigth light coppery gold with a nice fluffy white head and good lace. Aroma has a moderate Diacetyl mixed with fresh bready malts, and light caramel- hints of leather and earth. Good slightly toasty and light caramel malts, slight slcik and buttery diacetyl, ok fruitiness, and some cracker, toast in the end- with more drying earth- but still has some body on the finish- not too dry. Ok. michael-pollack (4959) - King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 23, 2009

3/25/2009: Brooklyn Savoir Faire is a well-balanced, soft, and really easy to drink brew. It is strong, leans towards the sweet side of things, and others a mouthful of interesting flavors that play nicely together including cherry liquor, hints of bubblegum, sugary cotton candy, yeast (more in the aroma), spicy, and herbal/grassy hops. The overall bitterness is fairly mind and the alcohol will definitely catch up with you quickly if you’re not paying attention. I really enjoyed this beer.
Draught pint at Dilly Deli in Mariemont, Ohio. Rating #52 for this beer.
Not a fan of this style and this beer just reminded me of that. Like a good champagne - which I’m not fond of. Dry apple, honey and light toasted and bready malts come through. Not great OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - JAN 27, 2009
@ Tylers Apex location, Good aroma, sweet, bready, honey, grassy. Orangy bronze color, good head and lace. Sweet flavor. honey whole wheat, some yeasty type spice. On Tap at Rustico in Alexandria VA. I was happy to see a new Brooklyn on tap. Poured orange with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet and light, slightly malty with lingering spice. Taste is sweet floral some spice, very smooth and overall quite tasty. Beerlando (3342) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 18, 2008
Draft at Redlight Redlight. A lightly hazy, golden-orange body is crowned with a thin, foamy, white head. Minimal traces of spotty lacing mark the glass. The aroma is dry at first, notes of cereal grains and light caramel showing mostly. After time, the nose really opens up and turns floral and fruity, even hinting at bubblegum. Flavors again show dry cereal grains and caramel, with a light dose of floral hops and bready, peppery yeast. Medium bodied and balanced on the tongue, the finish is lightly syrupy. This is a nice, easy going, drinkable brew, but its not anything special.
